Aunties Pancakes

To make pancakes use: 

1 cup of Aunties Waffle Mix, 3 tablespoons of milk, 1 large egg, 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients until combined. Pre-heat an ungreased or lightly greased nonstick skillet to low heat (250F- 325F). Add 1/4 cup of batter to the skillet. Cook until bubbles start to form on the top and the edges look dry and set. Flip the pancakes and cook until the bottom appears golden brown. Makes approximately 5 (6-inch) pancakes.

Blueberry Pancakes

Looking for another fun way to make your pancakes, add 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries to your pancake batter before cooking and stir with a spoon to evenly distribute the fruit. Cook as noted above. Also try with other fruit or chocolate chips!
