Aunties Pancakes
To make pancakes use:
1 cup of Aunties Waffle Mix, 3 tablespoons of milk, 1 large egg, 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients until combined. Pre-heat an ungreased or lightly greased nonstick skillet to low heat (250F- 325F). Add 1/4 cup of batter to the skillet. Cook until bubbles start to form on the top and the edges look dry and set. Flip the pancakes and cook until the bottom appears golden brown. Makes approximately 5 (6-inch) pancakes.
